We're closing to most students
The Government is asking parents to keep children at home whenever possible – schools remain open only for children who need to attend.

Keeping you up to date with your child’s progress

Some of the main ways we communicate with parents and carers about their child’s progress are explained below.

Day-today progress

This includes home-school diaries, phone calls, texts, emails and face to face for those that bring their children to school.

Get in touch

If you have any queries about your child’s progress, do not hesitate to contact your student’s class tutor in the first instance.

We report three times per year for every student, which may be a meeting or phone conversation, with a written report sent home at the end of the year.

Annual Review

Each year, parents/carers are invited to attend a meeting to review the student’s Education Health & Care Plan. This is a formal meeting and is your opportunity to contribute to the updating of your student’s EHCP and we hope you will make every endeavour to attend when this is scheduled.
